Davis & Adams transformed a single big-box retail vacancy in one of San Diego’s most active retail destinations into five fully independent shell suites - each with its own MEP infrastructure, storefront, and lease-ready condition. The project demanded precision utility separation, structural coordination, and an aggressive schedule to deliver key tenants before the holiday shopping season. Tenants include Vuori, Abercrombie & Fitch, Uniqlo, McConnell’s Ice Cream, and a major national retailer.
