Feature Project: Family Health Centers of San Diego, Escondido

A complex two-story medical tenant improvement serving three distinct clinical lines of service — primary care, specialty care, and behavioral health. Davis & Adams navigated the significant challenge of adding an elevator to an existing building to meet ADA accessibility requirements, coordinating directly with SDG&E on an electrical service upgrade to support the new equipment. The result is a fully functional, code-compliant community health facility serving Escondido’s underserved population.
