We build to the brand’s standard and open on the brand’s schedule.

Feature Project: Lawrance Contemporary Furniture

A complete showroom transformation for one of Southern California's most respected contemporary furniture brands. Davis & Adams delivered a high-end buildout spanning facade upgrades, structural improvements, and a fully custom interior — matching the exacting standards of a discerning owner and architect team.

The scope touched nearly every system in the building: new structural framing to open up the sightlines the design called for, upgraded MEP to support the showroom's lighting and display requirements, and a ground-up interior build-out finished to a level that could stand next to the furniture itself. Outside, the facade was reimagined to give the brand a stronger street presence along its retail corridor.

The project was completed on a compressed schedule and tight budget without compromising the premium fit and finish the brand demanded — a balance that came down to tight sequencing between trades and constant coordination with the ownership team on finish selections.
