Davis & Adams Construction completed a $2.4 million renovation for Creyon Bio, transforming the existing facility into a state-of-the-art biotechnology workspace designed to support advanced research, collaboration, and innovation. Completed in 2023, the project included a mezzanine expansion and the construction of high-end laboratory and office environments tailored to the client’s specialized operational requirements.

The renovation featured sophisticated laboratory infrastructure, specialty HVAC systems, battery backup power, emergency lighting inverter systems, and accommodations for advanced scientific equipment. Architectural highlights included custom Arktura metal ceiling panels, Designflex Calla acoustic ceiling elements, Haworth glass office partitions, and a NanaWall operable glass wall system creating a flexible meeting and collaboration space - technical performance balanced with a modern, visually striking workplace.
